Monthly Review for January 2021
I ended up with some really uncomfortable tendonitis in my right arm which has caused me to change my approach to the gym for the time being.
I'm currently on a 3 day a week program while I try and manipulate my exercises to not aggravate the situation. Hopefully I can keep training while I recover. In order to have a more active participation in recovery, I've started doing cryotherapy (-120' for 3 mins) twice a week to help with the inflammation and am doing localized injections of 250mcg of BPC 157 to promote healing.
