I started writing software in Basic and Assembly Language on the Vic-20 and C-64 in the mid 80s. Since
then my journey has exposed me to more languages and frameworks than I can probably even accurately recall.
I spent most of the 90s doing C++ development with the latter part of the 90s working on kernels and device
drivers. Since the early 2000s I've spent most of my time running a small team designing and developing products.
I spend a lot of time thinking and talking about TDD and onion/clean architecture and their derivatives.
I have an amazing wife and daughter and currently reside in Cookeville Tennessee.
This site is hand coded in php72. It uses my Notion router and a couple of composer packages to
help with some of the social integrations. Blahg is a largely ridiculous blog implementation that
allows me to write posts in markdown using vi.
